What happened?

LOL..been training hard, well, except the week i was sick and overtrained..anyhow..getting stronger and starting to freak a little bit about November. Sent in my registration and reserved our hotel room...

Highlights recently - overhead press 150 lbs...

Got new shoes for truck pull - work like a charm!



Got new knee sleeves - also work like a charm!



Got the molds for our stones(maybe a little late in the game but better late than never!)



Working on recovery and trying to get stronger every workout! :)
