Mike says no ketogenic diet. lol. he says if I am dropping wieght without really trying, just keep it up..I guess he is right but it never happens fast enough, does it?
I got my cardio in today..and this morning I did pilates reformer with my clients, felt so good to stretch and lengthen everything!
I stepped on the scale, expecting to be heavier since its the middle of the day..and it was lower..so curious to weigh in in the morning and see if I have dropped 2 pounds since saturday... :)
