Holiday Stress Reliever

Just needed to get in and lift.

Did Clean and Press, progressively heavier..12, 8, 8,7

Trap bar deadlifts 12, 8, 8

Stiff-leg deadlifts w db's 12, 10, 10

incline db chest press 12, 12, 8

hit the wall during the last set of chest press, nothing left. I think i just used up all the calories I have eaten in two days, lol.

Besides crapping out before I planned to be finished, it was a good, intense workout.
