Legs ,,medium..lol

had a good workout this morning :)

Box squats 5X5 200, 205, 210, 215, 220 felt really good. can't wait to go full strength again :)

100lb plate carry 5X40ft

Jump squats 5X3 at 95lbs

Fun :)

stretched a lot after...feeling good.
